To ensure the smooth operation of teaching activities and implement student management requirements, on April 6 at 7 p.m. the School of Entrepreneurship held its sixth weekly year-level meeting in Room 406. The meeting was chaired by student counselor Jia Yingdi and attended by all undergraduates.
The session began with an emphasis on dormitory safety and fire-prevention measures, requiring students to observe the “three disconnects” principle (disconnect power, water, and latent hazards) before leaving their rooms each day. Unauthorized wiring and the use of high-power, non-compliant electrical appliances were strictly prohibited to safeguard personal and property safety. The meeting then underscored the undergraduates’ leave-and-return procedures, clarifying the full process for applying for leave, reporting back to campus, and formally canceling leave, thereby standardizing educational management and ensuring student welfare.
By convening this weekly meeting, the Academy further reinforced students’ safety awareness and sense of discipline, laying a solid foundation for a secure and orderly learning and living environment. The Academy of Entrepreneurship will continue to uphold a rigorous and responsible approach, diligently advance all aspects of student management, maintain orderly teaching operations, and support students in thriving within a stable environment as they progress toward both personal aspirations and the Academy’s development goals.
